Warm and comforting Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea, perfect for a cozy treat. Brewed black tea infused with milk, vanilla, and cinnamon, sweetened to your liking.

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, your preference!)
- 2 black tea bags (or 2 teaspoons loose leaf black tea)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to your sweetness preference)
- Optional: Whipped cream, for topping
- Optional: Cinnamon stick, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the Water: In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Steep the Tea: Remove from heat, add tea bags (or loose leaf tea in infuser). Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove Tea Bags/Infuser: Remove tea bags/infuser, squeezing gently.
- Add Milk: Pour milk into the saucepan with the brewed tea.
- Heat the Milk and Tea: Return to medium heat. Gently heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through (gentle simmer, 2-3 minutes). Do not boil.
- Stir in Vanilla and Cinnamon: Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
- Sweeten to Taste: Add honey or maple syrup, starting with 1 tablespoon. Stir well and add more to taste.
- Strain (Optional): Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if needed.
- Pour into Mugs: Pour into your favorite mugs.
- Garnish (Optional): Top with whipped cream, cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick.
- Enjoy Immediately: Serve and enjoy!
