  • 2 oz club soda, chilled
  • Strawberry slice, for garnish
  • Lime wedge, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Hull strawberries and macerate them with 1 tbsp simple syrup for 10-15 minutes (optional, but recommended).
  2. Blend strawberries (and juices) until smooth.
  3. Strain puree through a fine-mesh sieve for extra smoothness (optional).
  4. Chill your cocktail glass.
  5. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  6. Add gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and strawberry puree to the shaker.
  7. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  8. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  9. Top with club soda.
  10. Garnish with a strawberry slice and lime wedge.

  • Adjust Sweetness: Taste before adding club soda and adjust simple syrup or lime juice as needed.
