A luscious blend of vodka, white crème de cacao, fresh strawberry puree, and creamy goodness. Perfect for celebrations or a sweet treat!

- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 4 ounces vodka (good quality recommended)
- 2 ounces white crème de cacao
- 1 ounce strawberry puree (from above)
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- ½ ounce simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Whipped cream
- Strawberry sugar (for rimming the glass)
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Combine hulled strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- (Optional) Strain through a fine-mesh sieve for an extra smooth puree.
- Chill in an airtight container for at least 30 minutes.
- Dehydrate fresh strawberries or use freeze-dried strawberries.
- Grind the dried strawberries into a fine powder.
- Combine strawberry powder with granulated sugar (1 part powder to 3 parts sugar, adjust to taste).
- Mix well and store in an airtight container.
- Chill a martini glass in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
- (Optional) Moisten the rim of the glass with lemon or simple syrup and dip into strawberry sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add vodka, crème de cacao, strawberry puree, heavy cream, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared martini glass.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice or whipped cream.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
- Experiment with flavored vodkas like strawberry or vanilla.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream or almond milk.
- Add a splash of chilled champagne or prosecco for a sparkling martini.
- Infuse vodka with fresh strawberries for a more intense flavor.
- Frozen strawberries can be used for the puree (thaw slightly before blending).
- Substitute crème de cacao with chocolate liqueur or chocolate syrup.
- Rim the glass with crushed graham crackers or chocolate shavings instead of strawberry sugar.
- The strawberry puree can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- The strawberry sugar can be made well in advance and stored at room temperature.
