- 1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime soda, chilled
- 1 (64 ounce) bottle cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- Ice cubes or a large ice ring
Instructions
- Make the Simple Syrup (Optional): In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved (3-5 minutes). Simmer for 1-2 minutes for a richer flavor. Cool completely.
- Prepare the Fruit: Wash berries gently. Hull and slice strawberries. Thinly slice orange, lemon, and lime. Optional: Freeze some fruit for an extra festive touch.
- Mix the Punch: In a large punch bowl or beverage dispenser, pour in pineapple juice, cranberry juice cocktail, and lemon-lime soda. Add thawed orange juice concentrate and lemonade concentrate. Stir in simple syrup (if using). Stir gently to combine.
- Add Fruit and Ice: Add sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to the punch bowl. Arrange citrus slices around the edge. Add ice cubes or a large ice ring.
- Serve: Stir before serving. Ladle into glasses, ensuring each glass gets a mix of fruit and liquid. Garnish with citrus or berries (optional). Serve immediately and keep cold.
