- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 3/4 cup milk
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large bowl.
- Add granulated sugar and light brown sugar to the melted butter. Whisk until well combined.
- Pour in the light corn syrup and whisk until everything is nicely incorporated.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Lightly beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Slowly drizzle the beaten eggs into the butter and sugar mixture while whisking constantly.
- Gently fold in the pecan halves or pieces.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Pour in the milk and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter. A few lumps are perfectly fine.
- Gently stir in the melted butter until just combined. Again, avoid overmixing.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the pecan pie filling into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cobbler topping evenly over the pecan pie filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving.
