Topped with crushed Oreos and optional chocolate syrup, it’s sure to impress with its delightful texture and chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse 24 Oreo cookies until they turn into fine crumbs. Alternatively, crush them in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
  3. Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl, pour in the melted butter, and mix until well combined and resembling wet sand.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan, using a measuring cup to pack it tightly.
  5. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  7. Gradually add the granulated sugar, continuing to beat until fully combined, about 1 minute.
  8. Add the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
  9. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping with a spatula, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
  10. If using, fold in the mini chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.
  11. Once the crust has cooled, pour the cream cheese filling into the crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  12. For garnish, crush a few extra Oreo cookies and sprinkle them on top of the filling.
  13. Cover the pie with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  14. When ready to serve, remove the pie from the refrigerator. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
  15. Slice the pie into wedges using a sharp knife. Serve each slice on a plate, optionally adding a dollop of whipped topping and a sprinkle of crushed Oreos.
  16. Enjoy your delicious Oreo Pie Dessert!
