- 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces (fresh or frozen)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

- Gather all your ingredients for easy access.
- Slice the Polish sausage into 1-inch pieces.
- Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the carrots into rounds or half-moons.
- Chop the onion and bell pepper into desired sizes.
- Trim and cut fresh green beans into 1-inch pieces (skip if using frozen).
- Mince the garlic.
- In the crockpot, layer the diced potatoes at the bottom.
- Add the sliced carrots on top of the potatoes.
- Spread the chopped onion and bell pepper evenly over the vegetables.
- Add the green beans next.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic over the vegetables.
- Distribute the sliced Polish sausage evenly over the top.
- Pour the can of diced tomatoes over everything, including the juice.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot, ensuring everything is well coated.
- Cover the crockpot with its lid. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About halfway through, gently stir the mixture to ensure even cooking.
- Check the potatoes and carrots for doneness; they should be tender but not mushy. Cook longer if needed.
- Once cooked, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Chop fresh parsley and sprinkle over the top before serving.
