- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set up three shallow dishes:
- In the first dish, mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In the second dish, whisk the eggs.
- In the third dish, combine breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, dip in the egg mixture, and then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add the breaded chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Move the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Heat over low heat until warmed through.
- Adjust the seasoning of the lemon sauce as needed, adding honey or sugar for sweetness if desired.
- Carefully take the skillet out of the oven; the chicken should be golden brown and crispy.
- Place the chicken on a serving platter and drizzle with the warm lemon sauce.
- Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for added freshness.
