Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup of caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Chocolate shavings or crushed nuts, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Choose two ripe bananas, peel, slice into chunks, and freeze in a zip-top bag for at least 2 hours.
  2. Brew a cup of your favorite coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Measure out the milk, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. In a blender, add frozen banana chunks, cooled coffee, milk, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract. Add sugar if desired.
  5. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Add more milk if too thick.
  6. Adjust thickness by adding more milk or frozen banana chunks as needed.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce inside two tall glasses.
  8. Pour the blended frappuccino into the prepared glasses, leaving space for whipped cream.
  9. Top each frappuccino generously with whipped cream.
  10. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings or crushed nuts and drizzle more caramel sauce on top.
  11. Enjoy with a straw or spoon, best served fresh.
  12. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer and blend again before serving.
  13. Double or triple the ingredients for larger batches.
  14. Try adding peanut butter or cinnamon for different flavor variations.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a dark roast coffee.
  • Adjust sweetness by modifying the amount of sugar or caramel sauce.
  • Feel free to customize toppings based on your preferences.
