  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef and pork, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
