Refreshing, creamy Brazilian Lemonade with whole limes, sugar, water, and sweetened condensed milk. A sweet and tart delight!

- 6 medium-sized limes, preferably thin-skinned
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar, adjust to taste
- 4 cups cold water, divided
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, more to taste
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Optional: Lime slices or wedges, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Limes: Wash limes thoroughly, trim the ends, and quarter each lime.
- Blend: Combine quartered limes, water, and sugar in a blender. Blend on high speed for 15-20 seconds until smooth.
- Strain: Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher. Press on the solids to extract juice and discard the solids.
- Add Sweetness: Pour in sweetened condensed milk and stir well until dissolved.
- Taste and Adjust: Add more sweetened condensed milk or water to taste.
- Chill and Serve: Add ice to the pitcher, stir, and serve immediately. Garnish with lime slices or wedges, if desired.

- Use organic limes for best results.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Don’t over-blend the limes to avoid bitterness.

- For a vegan option, use sweetened condensed coconut milk.
